Dear Tammy,

I received the DELICIOUS cheesecake yesterday, as ordered.  I could not wait to get a BITE!!!!!!!!!!! It is so GOOD. Jill is here today and I gave her a piece to try and she liked it as well. I had to have another piece today with her. How many FAT grams does one have in each slice? Oh well!!!!!!!  I`ll just have to walk another extra block.  Thanks again... .

First, let me say that we are happy to be your customer!

As you know, we started in January of this year as a coffee shop specializing in gourmet desserts, gourmet coffees, teas and minor food offerings. After weeks of looking and testing, we settled on Jubilations Cheesecakes as our anchor dessert. We could not have made a better decision. At first, people raised their eyebrows about the price and some of the flavor selections, but now our cheesecakes have gained incredible popularity and a following amongst our customers. We do not dare miss having blackberry and chocolate on a daily basis.

I am convinced Jubilations Cheesecakes helped us to solidify our position in the market from day one and continue to be a substantial part of our growth. We have signed contracts for our second and third locations and both will prominently feature your desserts.

But beyond the product, you and your staff have worked tirelessly to make sure we had cheesecakes available to us even when we could not get a distributor to handle them. I cannot tell you how much this means to us. We have had several companies vie for our cheesecake business now that we are "a player" in the market place, but none will take the place of Jubilations Cheesecakes.
