How a typical Jubilations fund-raiser works:
We recommend that you sell the cheesecakes for around $20.00 each. You can set your own price.
The cheesecakes will cost you a little more or less than $10.00 each, depending on the flavors you choose to sell and your delivery location.
Set your fundraising goal. If you want to raise $10,000, you’ll need to sell 1,000 cheesecakes. If you have 100 people in your organization, that is 10 per person.
Set the time frame for your selling period. Also set the date that you will deliver each buyer his or her cheesecakes.
Jubilations will design a custom order form with photographs for each of your sellers to use to take orders. We’ll email it to you so that you can easily print as many copies as you need.
Jubilations will require payment by check, credit card, or debit card at the time of order placement.
You can determine whether you want your sellers to collect their money when the orders are placed by their customers, or when the cheesecakes are delivered to them.
Jubilations will take your order once you’ve tabulated your sales, and arrange for a refrigerated truck delivery to your location. You are welcome, if practical, to pick up at our plant and save the delivery costs.
The cheesecakes will arrive frozen and individually boxed for personal delivery to your buyers.
