Bailey’s® Irish Cream Cheesecake – The only thing that may go as well with coffee as does cheesecake may be Bailey’s® Irish Liqueur. So we decided to combine them, and then add a little something extra… chocolate. We’ve combined this delightful liqueur with Ghirardelli® chocolate chips with our creamy filling and put it on a butter chocolate crust to make a chef’s favorite.

Headed to New Orleans!
Each year, the best trade show we attend is the Louisiana/Mississippi Restaurant Show in New Orleans, held every August. New Orleans has so many talented chefs who take their desserts so seriously. We get the chance to see so many food experts at the trade show and to get new ideas, and a few new customers. And in some cases, if we don’t see them at the show, we just go eat with them! In honor of New Orleans, we decided to feature a city favorite, Praline Cheesecake, as our monthly special. Watch next month’s newsletter, we’ll likely get a new flavor idea at the New Orleans show.

Folk’s Folly Restaurant – Memphis
Since this month’s theme is restaurants, we’d like to feature one of our favorite restaurants, Folk’s Folly.
