Jubilations makes over 40 varieties of scrumptious cheesecake flavors. Each cheesecake is individually handmade using only the finest ingredients. It is this commitment to quality that has earned the company the reputation as one of the finest cheesecake makers in the country.

Over 27 years ago, Tammy Craddock, began selling the fresh baked goods she made in her Columbus, Mississippi kitchen. Having been raised on an Illinois farm, she insisted on the freshest of ingredients. Her friends encouraged her to consider broadening her business. With the advice of Mississippi State University's Food and Fiber Center, she moved to a production plant and launched Jubilations Cheesecake.

Demand for her cheesecakes has grown as the Internet and fundraisers have brought more business to the company. Today, Tammy has officially retired after more than 27 years of delighting cheesecake eaters across the USA. She has left the company in the hands of her former business partner, George Purnell. We continue to honor Tammy’s long track record of success by remaining committed to her recipes and methods. (They’re still a secret!) Tammy is still involved with Jubilations as one of our fundraising agents. But now she has time for her grandchildren!
